When you think of circuit training, you probably think of sweaty people doing burpees and kettlebell swings in dark, windowless rooms. But circuit training doesn’t have to be that way. Instead of focusing on one single exercise, circuit training uses a series of different exercises linked together to complete a full circuit. This allows you to get the most out of each exercise while also reducing the amount of time you’re on the floor and the risk of injury from doing too much at once. A circuit training program isn’t just any program, though. It requires careful planning and thoughtful design to get the most out of each exercise and create a balanced program that meets the needs of all your members. Luckily, there are plenty of YouTube channels dedicated to circuit training. Here are some of our favourites:

Bodyweight Workouts

Bodyweight workouts are low-impact and can be done almost anywhere. They’re also a great way to get started with circuit training. You can use the videos below to create a simple 5-minute warm-up, followed by a 10-minute workout, then finish with a cool-down.
